The Hass avocado accumulates an oil content in the pulp ranging between 9 and 12%, making it attractive to consumers. It's a large-sized fruit typically weighing between 200 to 300 grams. When ripe, it changes from green to black, making it easily identifiable and enjoyable at its peak ripeness.

Our operations started in 2020 with the cultivation of Hass avocados in Guatemala and Colombia.
